The food was absolutely delicious and the spa area was a real highlight. The location was also very convenient, being close to the main ski lift and offering a beautiful view from the balcony.

The hotel seemed quite old and worn down. The furniture was outdated and the bed was not very comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, offering discounted holiday cards and accommodating dietary restrictions, like lactose, free milk. the hotel's spa area and balcony views were pleasant additions to the stay.

In terms of the accommodations, not having a mini, fridge or fan control in the bathroom negatively impacted the stay. the Wi, Fi was only reliable in the reception area, and credit cards were not accepted.

Friendly and informative host, holiday cards with discounts, lactose free milk in breakfast buffet, delicious Carinthian hams, cheeses and breads.

Staying at this hotel was disappointing. Though it was relatively close to the ski lift, which was convenient, the room was not well maintained and outdated. the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages and the shower had low water pressure. the service was average at best, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping. the breakfast was lackluster, with minimal options. the only positive was the view from the balcony.

The hotel did not accept credit cards as payment, which was inconvenient.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with anything I needed. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options, including fresh pastries and eggs cooked to order. The location was perfect as it was relatively close to the ski lift, making it easy for me to get to the slopes quickly. Additionally, the hotel facilities were amazing, particularly the sauna which was new and very relaxing.

Nothing, all aspects of this hotel were excellent.
